Emacs Testers

Here are the people who helped me in hacking Emacs 19.22/19.28 to make it work cleanly on VMS.

Rick Flower (<flower@donald.etdesg.TRW.COM> or <flower@sdvax2.etdesg.TRW.COM>):
numerous things, among them a lot of X-related stuff. Kept picking on me for everything! And I appreciate it!

Johannes Plass (<plass@dipmza.physik.uni-mainz.de>):
has helped a great deal with X-related stuff since april-may 1995. Among others, he's contributed with the patches needed to make Emacs work with his Xaw3D/Xmu port to VMS. Keeps picking on me, and I still appreciate it!

Mark London <MRL@PFC.MIT.EDU>:
numerous things, most notably Dired, and a huge header file bug which prevented Emacs 19.22 to run properly on AXP.

Roland B. Roberts <roberts@panix.com>:
numerous things, among them are GNU vmslib and mail processing code for both Emacs 18.59 and Emacs 19.22. Also, most notably, he helped solve a very serious problem with vmsgmalloc.c. [1995-09-11] And he also has found the stupid bug in file_name_completion that made Emacs crash a little now and then.

Mark Robbie <markr@devvax.mincom.oz.au>:
numerous bug reports which helped me a lot.

G. Del Merritt <del@giant.IntraNet.com>:
numerous bug reports which helped me a lot.

David H. Asher <asher@afl.hlo.dec.com>:
lots of feedback on the description files and the X functionality. Found one of the (functionally) bigger bugs in the interrupt (AST) code, as well as in the select() emulation code.

Marcel Riedi <RIEDI@LISETI.vmsmail.ethz.ch>:
had a lot to say about the command procedures.

Rudolph T Maceyko <rm55+@pitt.edu>:
numerous helpful bug reports.

Scott Matsumoto <matsumoto@nova.enet.dec.com> and Ray Guzman <guzman@nova.enet.dec.com>:
gave me lot's of feedback, especially on the pasting problems we had.

Ciaran Anthony (Tony) DellaFera <tony@tay1.dec.com>:
mainly tested how well the patches worked in a mixed VMS/Ultrix environment.

Hunter Goatley <goathunter@LOKI.COM>:
lots of helpfull feedback.

E.A.Neonakis <neonakis@ics.forth.gr>:
sent me an wall almanach (the kind with pictures) with images of Greece. I appreciate it a lot, and it currently hangs on the wall of my favorite place at home: the kitchen. Thanks a lot!

Terje Sten Bjerkseth <tsb@admintec.no>:
numerous helpful bug reports.
